Every morning in parks all over China, you can see people practicing taijiquan. In my neighborhood, a group of us practice taijiquan together every day in the park.
Taijiquan is a Chinese internal martial art, meaning that a lot is happening on the inside.
What is happening on the inside?
That is what this taiji panda blog is all about. Basically, we try to keep improving our structure, and then relaxing more and more. When the taijiquan is going well, we get a sense of deep relaxation and calm. When we finish we have loads of energy.
